This fell running activity is bespoke, meaning the day is centred on your aspirations. Whether that is running over some of the most extreme ridges in the Lake District, running on some of the stunning trails weaving between the mountains or circumnavigating the great lakes.
Some common objectives are guided ascents of Scafell Pike, recces and guided completions of classic lake district routes and challenges such as the Bob Graham round and the George Fisher Abraham's tea round, or a session focusing on coaching and moving through mountainous terrain, navigation and safety.

These sessions are highly adaptable, so if there is a certain goal you have in mind don't be afraid to ask.
